Well, I personally think An-Animal-As-Leader (ANCIENT TIERER) had one of the best tiers for Pull Me Under I've seen. It was before the new tiering method existed, too.
His tiers were 5-dots for legacy guitar, Vocals, pro Bass, and Drums, a 4-dot on legacy bass, and Devils for Pro Guitar, Keys, and Pro Keys.
Granted, I think the 4-dot may be a tad undertiered. However, I think his tiers were a little more on the money than yours. I doubt PMU would warrant a devil on legacy guitar (although I think if it is a 5-dot, it is towards the bottom of its tier). Drums would be at the bottom of 5-dot. Not quite a devil because it wouldn't be as challenging as the other DT songs. Panic Attack, OtBoA, and Constant Motion are all more difficult songs than PMU on drums.
