I'm also part of the old-aged demographic. Thanks for St. Elmo's Fire. I have something to buy this coming week!

Oh wow, this thread doesn't have nearly as many pages as the DLC discussions usually do.

Anyways, nothing for me this week. The only songs left on the Blitz soundtrack I actually want to buy are Jungle Boogie and Shout.

My reaction upon seeing the thread: "Hey, that DLC is being released on my birthday!"
My reaction after opening the thread: "I've been Blitz'd..."

I somehow overlooked that this would happen, now I am sad... last time DLC was on my birthday I didn't have Rock Band yet, and put the money I received on my birthday towards the purchase of the game and microsoft points for DLC, so I guess I'll be doing that again or something.

So Far Away's riff grew on me and it's mellow and engaging.

The Wicker Man's riff and solo are nice, but I have no desire to actually learn to play it. It just does nothing for me, sorry.

probably because it's out of your league...

I'm not going to put that particular track in my top 100 of the decade but it's still worth buying, for me. No, not everyone will love it, and that's allowed too.

this to a T....kinda like you had to be there...

I'm pretty sure "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" would be much harder than "The Wicker Man", especially the insane solo at the end. As for "So Far Away", that was ranked 25th out of 25 for me in terms of pro upgrade get.

Oh, okay, so am I not allowed to like the song then? If I was "there," I was no older than 3.

Yes, you're allowed (encouraged!) to like it any way. Bonus for you for having broad musical tastes!

and I dont like it because it makes me think of the Tebow song he did and anything that makes me think of Tebow is not a friend of mine.
