But anyway, nobody seems to be talking about the Rock Your Weekend gamerpic package that went up on Live with this round of DLC. Anyone know anything about that?

As far as only playing Metallica . . . what about David Grohl, who also signed on. Where is more Nirvana or Foo Fighters?

I can think of 100's if not 1000's of songs that are far better and far more recognizable than these.

The whole Nevermind albums is coming...be patient. And I'm sure there will be more Foo Fighters.

So, of the three you named, two have announced albums coming...I think you can stop complaining about one measly B52's song that will be fun at parties for a good majority of players.

Quite far from 22 year old living in the interweb who likes nothing under 5 years old.

Also, this is the first DLC I have had issues with. There have been some that I did not like, and stated that I would not buy it. This is the first time I have had my feathers ruffled.

I think it's impressive that they have been able to put out this much and only had one week bother you. Your tastes are not all that's out there. If there's only been one week you haven't liked, feel lucky. And for a 27yo w/ plenty of responsibilities you seem to need a little growing up. Do you let your kids complain to no end if one of them doesn't like every meal they eat each month?

I am dlc junkie. I tie off my arm, prep the needle and shoot the dlc directly in. I don't care what it is. A bunch of you no-talents could release a song as dlc and I would buy it.

I love this game and DLC but some of it gets repetitive. While there are cries for more metal it would be nice to see some edgier stuff like Alice in Chains/Mad Season and Tool. My vote is for AIC!! And speaking of rock what about Van Halen, Zepplin, etc. the list goes on. I guess rights take awhile to acquire.

    Weeks go by, waiting....waiting....
KISS? Can we get bands that actually have outstanding musical skills? Well written songs, with some complexity. No, not costume complexity: B-52s? for real? Nothing says rock 'n' roll like the flaming B-52's. Guitar Hero has Rage Against the Machine, can we get some of that? Pearl Jam? How about Santana, Zeppelin, AC/DC, Doors, Queen, Kinks? How about some Creedence that's not a cover? More Metallica or the Who? Something along those lines? Tom Petty? Any takers? Anyone tired of bad 80's-90's rock? Faith No More, I can confidently say, "definitely not on anyone's top 20 rock bands list anywhere. Not even top 50."

Can I get some Iggy and the Stooges?

More Rolling Stones? I mean come on, you have a Queens of the Stone Age 3 pack, least you could get some more Stones.

Enough of the random bad rock songs.
