Considering I work at Warner Brothers Records and have my hands in this, I disagree.

Good job, HMX. I have to say, I'm kind of excited for these "Thrash" songs next month. Should be a good time. At The Gates, ftw!

Thank you for this, it's very helpful. Out of sync, but it gets the point across... I'd thought about passing up Dr. Love, but the drums look like a blast.

On a different note, am I some sort of freak for liking We Care A Lot more than Epic? It's-its are tasty and all, but transformers rock my 80s childhood.

Well I'll prolly be getting "Roam" and "Calling Dr. Love" since they are at least OK songs. Not the best week we've had so far, but I'll take it.

The thing is that HMX I'm sure selected these songs a long long time ago. The bands they are licensing now we wont see til at least the summer and the ones that are showing up for DLC were probably planned long before the game came out. I don't see what everyone is whining about. If you dont like it don't buy it. It's not for everyone but some of us will enjoy it. Keep up the good work guys!

    Stop complaining
B52s are an awesome band and Roam is going to be fantastic at our Rock Band parties. Not all of us are shut-ins who want to play endless heavy metal guitar riffs by ourselves. Its not like the game is dominated by this type of music if anything this kind of light rock is under represented. If you don't like the DLC well guess what, there is more coming out next week and the week there after. Just chill out and stop *****ing.

Downloaded Roam and Dr. Love over lunch break. All right songs, not my choice, but gotta have a variety for parties. Keep the DLC coming!

I have never seen so much DLC for a game before and yet so much complaining. Requests are fine, but complaining? The DLC that has been released so far is no where near what I would have picked, but there are still some good / great songs for everyone. And if you truly appreciate music, all kinds are good.

    only 'roam' for me.

in the past i bought 'all' songs - even that crap from matalica, or whatever - just to support the concept. i call it 'voting with my dollars'. BUT - the fact that we cannot delete songs means i will personally be limiting my purchases now and in the future. i don't want to be stuck with junk like iron maiden and queens of the stone age on my set list.

and i will 'vote with my dollars' only the stuff i want more of. if enough of us buy 'roam', then we can all but demand 'rock lobster'.

"That crap" from Metallica is some of the best stuff released, period. The DLC is a little weak this week, but harmonix has a broad audience to appeal to, and I understand that. As long as it doesn't get too far out from reasonable songs, I will remain patient, as we all should.

I don't know about the PS3, but you certainly can delete downloaded content on the 360, and then download it again (no extra charge) later on if you want. We do that with the Metallica pack all the time when our less-fanatical friends come over to play and we don't want to risk a painful team wipe.
