Question about warranty and replacement procedure
After about a month of playing the yellow pad on my EL drums cracked. I opened up my rock band box and retrieved the warranty page. It says I have 60 day coverage for replacements, and to go to EA's support page to order one. I did.

I went through all the questions, until they eventually asked me for my street address, name, and phone number. Once submitted, nothing happened.

Basically, my question is this: What??? Am I getting a new set now, or what? They never asked me for any verification - like a receipt number or something to figure out if I EVER actually purchased rock band - so I am utterly confused. Am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure it's something quite simple, but it eludes me so far.

If some one would please clarify the replacement steps for me, it would be greatly appreciated. :)

Chrisn- Call EA directly at 650-628-1001 and talk directly to a representative. They should be able to give you more information and even expedite the process.

When I opened my Rock Band for the first time, the guitar tilt didn't work proberly, so they sent me another one and it has the same problem.
    And my foot pedal broke.

You make a foot pedal, it's getting repeatedly pushed on, as well as the strum bar.
    Stuff is going to happen.
But then you have the people that take the game to seriusly and litterally smash the pad off

yes the website still doesnt work. i just spoke with an ea representative, and she said that there is a glitch in their system and they are working on fixing it. just call their ea support line 650-628-1001. my guitar had recently broken, so i called this number. the representative handled my return quickly in like 10 mins. another plus for handling your return now is that theyre not requiring the $175 deposit for returns due to the glitch in their system. she also told me that the rb2 bonus dlc is coming in 1-2 weeks...

Figures that would happen to me my drum pads won't respond sometimes, and it all happens after Oct 1st. Even though it is not over the 60 days, wish I could find my receipt.
