Why isn't Wayne Coyne on the nice guys list? He helps the crew before every show to set up.

Damn, forgot, Sascha Konietzko of KMFDM goes definitely on the nice guy list. Before and after the concert hanged out with fans at the bar rather than on backstage. Posed for photos, signed anything and was just insanely fun guy to hang around with.

Radiohead is hit and miss. Sometimes they're pompous jerks, and sometimes they're really cool, like streaming a free concert on YouTube and letting people pay what they want for In Rainbows.

    Because he's hit or miss.

He attacks rythem games saying that this is all people know a guitar to look like anymore

Attacks both the Arcade Fire and Beck, both of which refute his claims.

As cool as he can be, he does some lame stuff and for that he isn't "nice"

How does thinking plastic instruments are not the best thing in the world make you a mean guy?

Win Butler is an uber *******. Read accounts by pretty much anyone of his behavior off-stage and they'll give you similar answers.

Beck has stopped being a prima donna, but I'd say Wayne was entitled to speak out against a guy who attacked Steve Drozd for chewing gum when he was trying to kick heroin.

I haven't actually met them myself but I know two people on forums specifically for them that have and according to their stories all of the people of Sum 41 are pretty nice guys.

Both of those are marketing moves and not actual indications of how nice a band is.

I'm no psychiatrist, but I'd like to think that Beck was going through a really tough time during that tour and tried to hide his sadness with notions of celebrity. At least, that's the only reason I can think of, since Beck was back to his incredibly nice and playful self both after that tour. I imagine him walking around LA parks looking at the ground and listening to a cassette tape of "Broken Heart" by Spiritualized on repeat; at least, that's what I would do in his shoes. :p

Wayne's a nice guy. He is a bit loud-mouthed, though.

While I could definitely see Thom or Jonny being occasional pr!cks, Radiohead usually seems like nice guys, though. Especially Ed and Colin.
