I haven't heard the album in question, but everything else I've heard from Arcade Fire is pretty crappy.

I heard a couple of tracks off of it... didn't really feel like listening through the album. Wasn't really good or bad to me... it just was. Somewhat annoying, to be honest (their previous two albums were more a "meh, it's all right" by my reckoning).
