I usually get my steak medium, haven't tried medium rare yet. It pisses me off though when my mom and bro always get filet mignon, which doesn't even taste like steak.

I manage to BBQ stuff well done that releases the flavour, it's all in the chef ****ers...
Obviously person that says well done is a waste has/and therefore never will taste my cooking...what with the ocean between us and all :P
