****. Limp Bizkit? Rock Band has hit an all-time low.
It's not nostalgia, it's the format. I like shifting through a physical store; blind buying has some soul to it and I can't get away from the fact I am sick of how souless the market is becoming for music and books alike. I had nothing against Borders, prices or w/e. B&N is a bit pricier, but its almost all I have anymore so I feel like I said I HAVE to support it.Quote:
I don't see how nostalgia really solves anything.
Aside from PC hard/software I think I technologically matured about 10 years ago. I've still never owned a phone of my own.
I may look into an e-reader of some sort if they go dirt cheap though. I miss reading while I poop.
Fair enough, although I recognize that a lot of the people working at Harmonix are pretty close to my age, and to many of them bands like Limp Bizkit and Slipknot are nostalgic guilty pleasures. It's what those of us in our late 20s and early 30s listened to in high school and college, whether we really wanted to or not.
I haven't bought for feel the need to buy anything for Rock Band in almost 4 months. Rock Band is already at its lowest point for me.
I'm not big on ebooks either, actually.
I'm good with these few bad weeks in a row, I have bought a ton of DLC lately.
