I haven't played Arkham City, but as of right now, Skyrim is my favorite game this year. Level 29 with over 50 hours played and I've barely touched the main storyline.

Maybe. Since it's the holidays, if you have the receipt, you should be able to return it a few weeks into January for full price, but they may cheat you out and give you a giftcard for their own store in return.
