Cats are cool until they get old and antisocial.

I had an old cat that was always very playful, though. Too bad someone ran her over while I was at school :(

I absolutely can't stand cats. I find the whole pooping inside thing pretty gross.

I don't like how cats either want nothing to do with you or won't. Leave. You. Alone until you give them love.

Dogs are in between, which I greatly prefer.

Except for the fact humans invented a contraption to get rid of the fecal matter, and it doesn't sit in a box filled with litter for days on end. Other than that, sure.

But it is possibly to train some cats to use a regular toilet. And who leaves a litter box unchanged for days on end? You're supposed to clean it daily.

I prefer taking my dog outside. Plus the fact that the employees of the apartment I live at pick up the poop for you is just a double bonus.

My roommate has a cat. So far that cat hasn't said "Om Nom Nom Nom" while eating, said "Oh Long Johnson" while cornered, or said "I Can Has Cheezeburger" when I'm eating a burger. I'm starting to think the internet has lied to me in regards to cat behavior.

So they're getting paid to pick up poop. Sounds like those employees have the same Job as Peter Steele had as a day job before Type O Negative made it big...

In my experience, dogs poop in the house just as much as cats, until they're trained. And it's not like we should reasonably suspect cats to invent the toilet... they're too busy working on their nuclear technology, for when they forcefully overthrow the humans.
