    Puss in Boots - 8.5/10
It was pretty good, but I saw the ending coming as soon as Humpty was introduced.

    Aaaand...
    Toy Story 3 - 100/10
Watched this on saturday night with some friends (including that girl I like, who was the only one of all of us who hadn't seen it yet). I've only ever cried during one movie as a teen, and this is it.

Seriously though, if you're with the crowd who says animated movies can't be emotional, go see TS3.

I like Pixar and Toy Story as movies, but I can't help but keep thinking they are overstated and overrated pieces of art.

I could not disagree with you more. They are time pieces that illustrate what being a little boy in the suburbs was like in the 60's and 70's to a tee. They are modern day Norman Rockwell in the eyes of many.

The movie Doom (2005) illustrates what being a violent space marine on a mars station invaded by machines would be like to a tee. That's why it's such a great movie.

Pixar has made much better movies than the Toy Story series anyways. Up and WALL-E immediately come to mind.

agreed. I would also add Finding Nemo as a top Pixar film. The Boston accent lobsters particularly always get me.
