The only problem with this is that you can get into a constant cycle of returning defective cymbals over and over again. If you mod the defective ones you correct the problem once and for all.

I had one cymbal double hitting.
I did the coin mod fix and it worked like a charm.
About a half hour into playing and another cymbal started to double hit.
Again did the coin mod and it worked...

Like many others I have no problems at all connecting during the day. After dinner is a whole different story.
