My band finally released our debut a few weeks ago. It is NOT on pitchfork's best of 2011 list, so that should be incentive to listen to it, I'd think.
I did that a few years ago! Well, not 16 stone, I don't think, because I'm human, not a boulder, but I played like an hour a day and probably took off around 3 dress sizes.
