I'm in exactly the same boat here and obviously had exactly the same response. It's just pitiful customer service and sours me on the entire Rock Band experience recently.

Got a PM from HMXHenry but Im still getting a code has been redeemed error. I guess I'll try it _again_ in half an hour :-(

Have PM'd you the code and have contacted support who have done nothing. Very frustrated.
I've just sent through the requested scanned information as I was sick of waiting for the site to be 'fixed'. I'm not hopeful to get a reply but it would be great if they actually resolved this.
Got another email today from support asking me to scan a copy of a pile of stuff (code, cd, manual, receipt, gamertag, first born child) and email it back to them. I'm going to organise it tonight...
Got a reply from the american support address saying there are known issues with non US codes and that they hope to have it resolved in a day or two. I'd say hang tight for a few more days and see if...
