Maybe it is. But HMX has moved some songs that came out in WoR and had them available only in the RBN. Semi Charmed Remix comes to mind, so having HMX "Pass" on those songs is not out of line.

Possible. Or maybe Def Lep doesnt have control over them since both Hysteria songs were Live.

Im sure the number of people that have all the DLC is proportionately miniscule, but it does suck for those that have hit the threshold.

Im not sure, But since it is RB3 compatible DLC, Im sure HMX could always do the pro charts in the future...you know, whey they have some extra time and arent doing anything

I would be inclined to pay for each song again in order for them to be available for RB3 or.....I would love to have a sequel to TB:RB with the upgraded technologies.

I migrated to the 360 from Wii in 2009. For me, it made sense since i was not hundreds of dollars into the DLC craze at that time. I think it was well worth the switch.
