I just looked at a picture of the LX, and it doesn't have controller buttons like Seth's does.

My drums are DIY. I built the drums and stand, and I use an Alesis DM-5 along with seth's adapter. I also use Alesis cymbals - I'm going to add a third one, one of these days.
