I use the same basic idea
I think you may be confusing Apple [i-tunes, i-pad, i-phone] with Apple [the Beatles record company, created by the band to have more creative control, licensing rights, ect.
I'm by no means an...
Yeah, it's not a bad idea if everybody could pick their 2 favorite bands, but as the post above said, the number of people who like the same two bands enough to plop down $60 for a game is pretty...
For You Blue ( one of my favs).
I believe Sgt Peppers is a great album, but it's not the #1 in my book. That title should go to Abbey Road. Still, I voted 5/5, because it is a classic. Probably #2 all-time.
I started working a late shift recently and was really bummed because by the time I get home from work it's after midnight and too late to play.(I have 2 young kids and my wife wakes up pretty early)...
I'll put in my 2 cents and stay out of it. :)
On topic- There are very few Beatles songs I'll skip when listening to one of their albums. Two of those songs are Revolution 9 and Good Night.
...
I voted Revolver, but it could be any of them, really.
Revolver or Magical Mystery Tour. MMT would have killer dreamscapes.
I think they are working (or already have been working) on albums they will release after Rubber Soul. I would be really surprised if they didn't put out more DLC in 2010.
Personally, I can wait....
I don't see how they couldn't release it, at some point. It's too popular not to.
I'd buy the whole thing.
Kinda hard to pick just one.......but I'd have to say Black by PJ. It's my very favorite song and one I play (or did play b4 my 360 got the RROD!) just about every single day.
I'll be getting the 3 Nirvana songs. Lithium is one of my favorite songs, so a live version is a-ok by me.
I'll get the Petty songs (Refugee sounded good, so I'll take my chances w/ the rest) and the Go-Go's. No interest in Kelly Clarkson, but the wife will probably want it and "Who Knew", so I'll...
I love "Blackbird" and The White Album. It's not my favorite (Abbey Road is) but still one of their best, IMO.
Abbey Road gets my vote. The album is solid front to back and the medley is like God speaking set to music. (I'm only sort of kidding :) )
Too many great songs to say just one is the greatest. Plus, greatest is subjective.
My favorite, if forced to pick one at gunpoint, would be A Day in The Life.......wait, I mean You Never Give Me...
I think you bring up a good point. For most bands, (ones I'm not a huge fan of, but like a few songs) I would rather have their songs be from studio albums. It's the version you are used to hearing,...
Bought the game, love the game. The Beatles are not and have never been my favorite band, but as a result of TBRB and the build-up to the release, I have definately realized they are one of the...
Regarding the avatar, thanks :) That album, Ten, Siamese Dream and Blood Sugar Sex Magik were my saviors during my high school years (my parents were going through a ****ty divorce, me and my sister...
My son turned 4 last month and plays either TB:RB or RB2 every day. He's been playing since release day (for the Beatles) and usually it's him and I playing, but sometimes my wife joins in. He...
