Mine definitely look different! The last 1-1/2 inches is black. They do have a variety of colors, and they have released a clear I think. All they had at my Home depot was black and red.

I would just ditch the green "pad" entirely and just have the cymbal there. You could also make a case for ditching the yellow pad to since it is usually the hi-hat, and the blue cymbal as well...
