I agree with the OP.
I would have written a negative review, but everyone would have just flamed it.

I bought it so that I could experience it and accurately critique it.
Kind of like how all atheists should read the Bible, to know how to argue against it.
Definitely not.
I'm pretty sure that spot belongs to Minecraft.
Downhill by Rishloo. It's a long song with several different amazing parts for the different instruments.
You're a user error.
Clearly everyone in this thread agrees that it's a problem with the game. Like 10 people in this thread have already adjusted their calibrations because of it.
I'd give all of them a 2 or 1...
I'm aware of that. I was just saying that it's necessary to use coins to even practice a song. You can't know where the overdrive or purple notes are without using those power-ups.
And I agree with you both. Hitbox aside, if you switch from a lane BEFORE YOU GET TO THE NOTE, it should not count as a miss.
But it does.
I never said anything about the coins lol
But good try ;)
That's an unfair analogy, because that game is difficult to begin with. I don't know very many people who ever got the Inhuman achievement. I did.
This game is easy to begin with. Then they throw...
You know, they COULD just fix the problem by changing the code that calculates if the note was "hit" or "missed". If you switch off of a note before the majority of its hitbox has passed, it should...
Fine, you're right, there's a problem, but Harmonix shouldn't fix anything. The hitboxes should stay extra large so people who aren't good at the game can be good at it, and those of us that are good...
The hitboxes are like 1/5 this size in Rock Band 3, at least on the drums (that's all I play).
I've successfully calibrated my HDTV several times. It's not difficult. It'd be better than what we...
Why? Because people would actually have to HIT THE NOTE? Oh man, Harmonix forbid that people actually have to hit the notes in a game about hitting notes....
And I do have lots of #1s. I'm fairly...
I'm on Xbox, and I have friends on Facebook that are also on Xbox
Lololololol okay
The problem will still exist. Rather than the developers fixing it so that we don't miss notes when we shouldn't, we're encouraged to "learn how to avoid the problem entirely".
If a car's steering wheel, when turned left, turns the wheels to the right... sure, you can get used to that.
But it needs to be fixed.
Same situation here.
