What was the reasoning behind updating RB3 with a "Show/Hide 1-Lighter Songs" instead of Lighter filtering, so that we could Show/Hide whatever number of lighters that we want?

It's been ok. I still would rather some Stones, Interpol, Radiohead, Cream/Clapton DLC than the extra Pat Benetar, Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, etc that we've been getting.

Gosh, that's a pretty awesome setlist so far. BIG props for:
