If RBN songs can't be updated, it's a HMX decision. Indie games can be updated, so it's not a limitation in the XNA framework.

I really don't care at all. I'm just saying it could be done. Is math an exact science? Yes! Are the scoring mechanics of a song an exact science? Yes!

Still, that wouldn't be considered as bad as not being able to GS a song in solo. Just change your band configuration and *ding*, there you have it! :).
