I had trouble navigating their site, but I did find the adapter. It says it's pal region. Would that make a difference with a US copy of the game? I'm pretty sure the ps3 is region free for games.

I don't want to pay 70 dollars (or more) on ebay, so I kept searching. Would this site have them.

If so, YES!!! My local one has no clue what an MIDI adapter for Rock Band is and has never had them when I've gone to check.

Also, what department would they be in? The salesperson...
