Only 315? Must not be a lot of motivation.
If it's anything like Australia, they have to specially order in the keyboards. Amazon is your pal if you want the Mustang guitar, or it was for me.
1. You can't buy any new DLC in RB1.
2. No.
3. Yes.
4. If you're not on Wii, if you are, you can't import RB1 and LRB.
5. Yes, as long as it has a manual.
6. Yes.
7 is a question that will...
Music choices are opinions. You may not like them, but others will.
And I doubt there are ~20 indie songs on RB2 and RB3.
Except they did release Lego Rock Band worldwide. P:
Allow me to blow away the smoke. Harmonix has been sold, and MTV Games only made Rock Band. So they had nothing in relation to each other...

They kept the Gameboy/N64 in Kazooie/Tooie. And graphics/framerate stayed the same because it's a port. And the music, believe it or not, did not change.
Sorry to continue offtopic, but I love me...
Track Pack Volume 1 was for the PS2 and the Wii, I believe.
As for your question, if they didn't use the code that game with the game.
I think Harmonix would lose money. The cost to create the physical disk, plus $20 free DLC? Even if you pay $10, that appears to be a rip off, and Harmonix would be bankrupt.
There's also...
Look at the patch notes in the stickied thread and see for yourself.
I've seen one prodrummer online.
Proguitarists/bassists? Probably none now, due to the latest patch.
"The kit just stops responding completely at times and does not register any of the hits, etc. "
That sounds like a busted kit.
As for a "chart desyncing bug", there's less things to hit on...
Did you try, I dunno recalibrating your system? Or maybe your kit's busted?
It's not about Viacom, it relates to Rock Band, however I am unaware where this goes. I have not seen it anywhere, although I could be blind.

Get the trophies?
Buy a big bag.
EDIT: People already said that.
Buy an even bigger bag.
Have the Mustang, plan to buy the Squire when I can amass my savings/find a respectable website and a respectable seller that will ship to Australia.
Freebird. Green Grass and High Tides was too long for my liking, and Painkiller, while an alright song... Free Bird has variety of the slow bit and then the uptempo part.
EDIT: With Mr....
Can we direct our attention to the factor of harmonies, then?
