Thanks for all the replies. The concensus seems to range from "buy none" to "buy a couple". Since I'm a fan of SRV's music I'll buy a couple...and if I ever switch from primarily drums to primarily...
Hey,
I'm just wondering if I could get some thoughts from drummers on the SRV album. I've seen parts of the charts from Xygni's DLC review...he pretty much hated this album for drummers.
Do you...
DLC keeps the game pretty fresh so there's no real need for a RB3 anytime soon IMO...BUT...it'd be nice to see a patch to fix major issues of concern expressed in the forums. The biggest example...
I disagree on this point. When people online are scrolling quickly through songs and pick one, sometimes I miss what the difficulty level was for my instrument. I have 175 DLC songs or so and usually...
I guess I kinda walked right into that one. :)
I know you can adjust the sound from the options screen (I said this in my original post).
My point is that the sound changes between offline and online play, with vocals almost disappearing if...
I have more than 170 DLC songs but I have not downloaded the free 20 songs or a couple of the other free ones (I do have Charlene and Still Alive).
If I had bought no DLC I doubt I would download...
Along the same lines, it's also manual, not manuel...and right, not write.
Well, for me hearing the lyrics does help provide cues for when to play certain things during the song.
But, hearing the vocals is more important to just enjoying the song than it is for helping...
Okay...good to know...thanks for the reply.
I'm all for more new and different artists being added...the Shins...I could care less really, but sure.
But at the same time...I don't think there shouldn't be a moratorium on bands that already...
Thanks for the reply.
That kind of sucks...not hearing the vocals messes up my timing on the drums a bit and affects my enjoyment of the song overall.
Guess I'll try to only play full band...
38....usually play with people between 30 and 40
I'm on PS3 and have my audio settings from the option screen set and they seem to work quite well when I am playing offline...the majority of the time I play drums by myself and the sound mix of all...
I'm just a little confused with the RB2 leaderboards, although I'm sure the answer to my question is probably obvious and simple.
When I look at the solo career leaderboard what is the difference...
I was thinking of buying a Rock Pedal. Can anyone comment on the level of noise/vibration compared to the RB2 pedal?
The Rolling Stones: 21
Bloc Party: 15
R.E.M.: 3
Toadies: 3
Fleetwood Mac: 2
Three Days Grace: 1
Weezer: 1
Europe: 1
Allman Brothers Band: 1
The Doors: 1
I'd love to see some Eve 6 in the game.
In addition to the OP's suggested track, any of the following would be cool: Leech, Tongue Tied, Open Road Song, Promise, At Least We're Dreaming.
I agree, Silverchair's music woild be cool for RB. I'd buy Tomorrow or Israel's Son for sure. If other songs were offered I'd have to check 'em out first.
Tribute would be awesome on RB. I was really suprised they didn't put it on the RB2 disc instead of the one they chose.
Wonderboy would be cool too.
