I know I'm getting the game (I'm now debating on if I should buy the RB Keys or a MIDI Adapter for my current keys). Though, I'll probably get the Fender Pro Guitar later down the road.
That's exactly what I was thinking.
Anyway, a little more interested in Pro Guitar/Bass, maybe I'll invest in one (& finally replace my broken string on my Fender Starcaster).
I'll just start out on Pro Easy & work my way up (don't know if I should buy the RB keyboard or just get a MIDI Adapter to use my current one).
Found the demo on PS3, downloading it now.
Well, better fit GH6:WoR into my "2010 Games to Get" list.
Agreed, GH5's setlist casted a WIDE net. Though, now that they have BH, they can focus on rock for GH, & give all the other stuff to BH & DJH.
GH had me at Bohemian Rhapsody.
True (from a PS3 point of view), though don't the recent games require a manual code or some kind of code for exporting?
Actually, it's around $30 (for PS3, which is the system I'm getting it for).
I almost forgot about that. Maybe that's a good reason to get RB2 now.
You have a good point there.
But it would have been more expensive. Having it on a disc (& exportable) is an overall better deal than downloading it (all due respect to the RB Music Store & its large library). Exactly the reason...
I'll have to go with discs (if exportable). Better value (more songs for less cash), new features, re-fresh of the online community, & more things to discover with a new disc (possibly a new career...
I enjoy both games (they both bring great features to the music game table).
As for my DLC Library, I didn't realize it was THAT big of a deal here (I know there's tons of DLC, I just didn't...
I'm well aware of RB2's great setlist (played it on Wii). As for the inevitable export, can't I just rent the disc & export (similar to RB1's Exporting)?
Ok, so I finally moved my rocking to PS3 (at least with Band Hero, since it was on sale, & the only band kit in stock & was use-able with my coupon). I was still thinking of adding a RB game to my...
If you have no other option, just get the BH Bundle. The drums are amazing, the guitar is pretty good, & the game isn't half bad (you can sell it if you really hate it & just get the RB2 disc).
As...
You forgot the dispute with Slash & the current Guns N' Roses that resulted in RB only getting the newer songs from the band (& GH ending up empty-handed).
Don't expect a Metallica anything for a while, with them being a GH-exclusive (though, HMX has suprised us before).
Since the only song on the Country pack I like (On The Road Again) I can play on GHWT, I'm going with GH5/BH for this week. Oh, & HMX, you really need to bring your A-game to beat the Black Sabbath...
