I think we are misunderstanding each other. By DLC, I mean songs that you have to purchase and download to play on the game. Seems like you're talking about unlockables in the game.

When doing the transfer of all your Virtual Console games from Wii to Wii U, do you also have to redownload them or does it transfer them to the new SD card/hard drive on the Wii U?
