Apparently he got banned once from Xbox live but I guess you get a second chance and you can ask for you account back in those cases.

He's not going for highest score, he's only going for high scores the easy way. Otherwise he would have really higher scores, by his scores i can tell he's only doing the fail glitch once in a song....

No but it's logical he wouldn't care about activating late since he's already glitching to get extra 4000 pts.
A few hundreds points is not something that he would care about then.

It is less skills cause squeezing and pathing requires skills, it's not easy to get 1st place on a song.
