If you actually registered this as an LLC, you're going to get sued for Trade Mark Infringement. You can't use "Rock Band" in a business name, because it's Trade Marked.

1) No, at first RBN is XBox exclusive. It'll be available on Wii and PS3 later, but no one knows when. That's a Sony and Nintendo problem, not an HMX problem.

I don't think they'd separate the DLC from a game update. They come from two different places.

DLC comes from Harmonix.
Game updates come from Microsoft.
