guitar hero controllers will work with rock band, but the rock band controllers will not work with any guitar hero game.

turn it off, unplug everything, plug it back in, then turn it on again. hope that helps.

its like the solo on guitar, where you don't have to strum. except, if you miss a note, it ends. which really sucks because its hard to move up to yhe higher buttons without missing a note.
