I have the same issues here as well, I have RB1 + RB2 + 200 DLC and I'm constantly stuck with the RB2 songs.

I've had my Ion for 3 days now and every game session it has "disconnected" during the middle of a song. I've emailed Ion, we'll see what happens. This is very disappointing :(
