    Say I wanted to chart a few songs using the purchased software, but have no desire to upload it into the marketplace. Would I be able to transfer the songs onto my own copy of RB without uploading...

    The game definitely needs some Dylan. There's plenty of his stuff with a full band that would well in-game, and "Like A Rolling Stone" deserves to be in purely because of its significance.
