I never was able to download the update last night between 9 pm and 1 am (central US time). It kept resetting my system. Is it working better today?

I've been trying to get my Lego songs exported all day but I cannot connect to the Music Store. Is it down for anyone else (PS3)?

I hope the export of Lego is just like RB1's export, where you don't have to own the game, just rent it or borrow it from a friend. With GH's import you have to be the owner of the game and...

DLC must be tied to the RB1 data and when I deleted it it got deleted too. I just redownloaded one song and it showed up in RB2. So I guess I'll have to redownload all my songs again (that's a lot)...

The songs are in RB2 now but my DLC is gone now! GEEZ! This is ticking me off :(

Looks like the exporting is working now after deleting the RB1 stuff. Thanks a lot :) whew!

Alright, I swapped out my ps3 hdd after doing the backup utility and it saved my RB2 game save and my DLC but it didn't save my RB1 songs. I went to the store and redownloaded the export key and...

Ok yeah I do have a 500gb external HDD on my computer with a couple hundred gigs free, so I can just plug that into my USB on my PS3 to copy the data? I'll still have to find a way to copy that data...

My only problem is I only have a 16gb flash drive, so I'm not sure how I'm suppose to do a full backup of my 60gb system onto it.

Really? Yeah I'll be doing it to the same PS3, just replacing the 60gb drive with a 320gb. So I won't have to redownload anything if I use the backup utility? That'd be nice.

I'm at the point where I need to put in a new HDD on my PS3, so I'm going to do that tomorrow. Can you still not back up a Rock Band 2 PS3 save (that was my understanding in the past)?
