It's here in Des Moines, IA at Best Buy.

I guess my main question is will the songs in the Track Pack be DLC for the Wii. I've heard rumors that it won't...and I hope those rumors are wrong because I want to play those songs in RB2.

The Wii version does not include the export function...unfortunately.
