Hey folks, I've got two questions I'm sure have been asked a million and a half times...but I may as well make it a million and one (or two).
1) Track packs. Are they in any way possible on the...
.......or is it?
With STP confirmed...well...I've gotta say that it wasn't an April Fool's joke.
Yeah, it was...
Or was it?
IIRC, Muse and Rock Band are getting good and buddy-buddy, and obviously Bellamy appeared in GH5, they're pretty open to the genre and therefore a good pick for the story. I decided to flip through...
Nope. I only just checked for my article just now, and hadn't been on the Rock Band forums for a while prior. I actually did pick a song out for the intro, though, being Rockstar by Nickelback. If...
For everyone talking about the MyGamer.com "Leaked Set List" story...
1) I wrote it.
2) Yes, I intentionally misspelled Hendrix's and L. Zepp's names.
3) Yes, it's an April Fool's story.

I think the only CD to have direct cross-promotion with Rock Band was the Ten re-release.
YOU happened to Harmonix. Everything was great before you showed up. Now you're here and you've ruined everything!
Alive is a song about child molestation, people.
I'd enjoy getting in on this. I play a boatload of Rock Band and I, personally, have been authoring my own tracks lately. I play guitar and bass. I like free songs, so I'll tackle a lot of these...
If you download Reaper and the sample track, it's actually generally self-explanatory.
The precedents in Rock Band differ. Even though it's in Guitar Hero, it's still relevant to the question.
Do You Feel Like We Do had some of the talk boxing done...but only in the part where Frampton is very clearly speaking. In the other parts, they just have the singer wait and map the whole thing to...
Ok, forget Man in the Box. How do other songs handle talk boxes, relative to singing and playing guitar?
For those who don't know, Talk Box is a piece of technology where you plug your guitar into it, and it ends up playing the guitar through the guitarist's mouth, who then actually "sings" the guitar...
Here's a better question.
Why don't we get to keep Enter Sandman?
I love that song :(
(I know that the answer is probably "licensing issues" but I still love the song...)
Unless the band manager and/or label get involved on top of the band...
So I read somewhere that you can chart the instrumentals with the guitar/drum controllers? Is this True? If so, how do you do it?
You can get a little creative with the tools, mixing together tones and rapidly changing camera...but that's it, really.
I may be wrong tho.
