Bought a squier and midi adapter yesterday, two of the strings didn't register in game, had to return both items on the same day I bought it, and my store didn't have any extra ones. :( FML.

Picked up my squier earlier today at Bestbuy, along with the midi adapter, tested it on an amp, everything was great. Connected it to the game, making sure everything was plugged in nice and snug...

Does anyone know of a way to make the blue background a more intense color in guitar solos? For some reason whenever I play a solo, the blue background is so transparent it practically looks the same...

Make sure the guitar got assigned to controller slots 1-4, if it got assigned from 5-7, it won't read.
