I'd say yes unless you are low on hard drive space. I'm quietly hoping for some RB3 versions of LRB songs so I can get rid of the 20 some songs I don't like or never play from the export.

I'm sure some people would like a "unlock all" dlc for the on disc clothes, to avoid having to do the 5 million pro instrument scores. For HMX to create new clothes might be too much of a niche...
