Yeah, this feature really seems like it makes more sense for guitar than keys. I can still see it being useful for really complicated parts though. I wish you could slow it down slower than 60%.

Yeah, hitting a cymbal instead of the pad gives you more points. So you actually need all 3 cymbals in order to get the highest possible score.

While I agree this kind of mapping would be helpful to some people, its a pretty simple system to learn on your own.
