It doesn't do anything at all. HMX came on and put the rumors to rest in another thread a year or two back. Just a programmer's joke is all.
Those RB3 Strats are hard to find. I think they have some over at the Gameshark Shop site.
Just three songs? That seems nitpicky to me. The amazing thing is that we're even still getting DLC after all these years. The market for RB (and music-based games in general) died down dramatically...
So. They make a spiritual successor (again) to Frequency/Amplitude, but remove all challenge? I'll probably buy it just to export to RB3, I suppose. The biggest draws of Frequency was the electronic...
This.
This was the only real way to play the tougher songs back in the day, the shoulder buttons. It's gonna feel weird with the PS3's R2 button, but I'll manage.
I mainly play with friends, but even when I do play with randoms, the somewhat mutual sentiment is that people pick stuff that is fun for everyone, not necessarily challenging or anything, just fun...
Man, haven't visited this thread in a while. You guys should check out "A Shoreline Dream", awesome shoegaze group from Denver.

There's literally hundreds of goals in the game, and while most are easy, some are pretty ridiculous and in order to get them all, you'll have to own and master every instrument in the game,...
Man, I really wish they would've made a Jaguar controller lol.
I recall in GH2 you could get a GH-style guitar with fret buttons lol.
I thought I was the only one having problems with those dumb trill lanes. Very rarely will I hit them completely. Doesn't matter how fast or slow I strum, it's like I'm missing notes for no reason....
4-string bass/12-string guitar hybrid ftw?
Yeah, a normal Strat without the worn finish would've been cool. I thought it was cool that they had a lot of out-of-production models, at least you get to virtually play them. Kinda sickens me when...
They already have a lot of my favorite guitars in there, like various Fender models and some Gretsch ones, but it would've been cool to have some Ibanez, Gibson, ESP, and Rickenbacker's as well.
It didn't happen to me before the patch. It's happened like three times since the patch came out. Pretty annoying.
Whoa, month-old thread lol. Forgot I made this, but yeah, the licensing seems to be the biggest hurdle. That and they were indeed Sony exclusives.
"Lasso" on X Guitar. Dunno why that's it, I've done way better performances than that lol. How does it pick this? Does it go by score or position on leaderboard or something?
Damn plastic guitars. One more reason why real guitars are so great. They can last for decades on end and still sound and feel great. Plastic ones can last anywhere between 1 nanosecond and a few...
Yeah, Mr. Tongue is very annoying. When the game first came out, my friends and I would always talk **** about him.
