If you wouldn't mind, could you rate this thread?
I did gave it a five because I may not be a Clash, but from what I heard I would like this album as DLC

    Dear TheClashTheClashTheClash and Obsoleteshock,

Thank you for the generous holiday gifts. I meant to pop in to comment sooner as we received your packages a while ago but, as I'm sure you can imagine, things were pretty hectic leading up to the holiday.

One copy of London Calling was donated to the HMX library where anyone can check it out at their leisure. The second copy of London Calling currently resides in the Community Department, and I plan on giving it an extended listen in the near future. It's been years since I've listened to it in its entirety.

Thanks again for passing along the cds. We definitely appreciate your extreme enthusiasm. I'm not saying that everyone should start sending us their favorite cds (I'm not saying that they shouldn't either) but it's a level of fan dedication that's rarely seen. We will give these albums a good home. Rock on!

I hadn't yet, I was actually logging on here to do that when I saw HMXHenry's response, which is pretty exciting. Hopefully that album gets a very large number of spins from HMX employees. Maybe next year (after London Calling is in the game), we can send them a copy of The Clash's debut as an Xmas gift.

For Sandanista, I'd also throw in Something About England, which is one of my favorites.
i have but i like the american version a lot more.

^^ man now I feel even worse about not sending a copy of London Calling. :<

I meant to... But X-mas got in the way. Hell, I've put off getting my sister and brother-in-law's x-mas presents until THIS wednesday. Gotta get her birthday present when I get her x-mas present also. It was due in November. :>

    Bills coming up too.

    Maybe next month...

Also, I noticed someone was talking about The Office. I don't watch TV but I've seen a few episodes of the american version. I like it a lot... I love Karen.

The actress who plays Karen (Rashida Jones) has said in an interview that she loves playing RB.
