In response to the question about Muse and Radiohead (as a very big fan of both): I find that there is VERY LITTLE similarity. The only similarity that they hold is Matt and Thom using falsetto. To me Showbiz doesn't really have any Radiohead-influence to it, it feels more Post-Radiohead (like Coldplay's "Parachutes").

If anything Muse has EXTREMELY STRONG similarities to Rage Against The Machine which is no surprise since they're heavily influenced by them. In fact if you listen to a heavy Muse song and a RATM song you'll notice Matt and Tom's guitar tone is almost exactly the same. Not to mention Matt's singing at times can be frantic and angry like Zack's, also RATM does have a pretty good drum and bass backing, same can be said if not more about Dom and Chris.

Also, I looked back the last two pages (I have 40 posts per page), and didn't see anything like this. If you were in charge of Harmonix song selection, what would be the one Muse song most suited for a disc song?

I personally like doing these, since you have to look past your personal favorite, and find the one most suited for the game, sort of.

I'm torn between New Born, Plug in Baby, possibly anything else on Origin (haven't heard it all yet), Time is Running Out, City of Delusion, or Map of the Problematique.
??? Who said that Origin sounds like Radiohead? The only Muse album that sounds like Radiohead is Showbiz. Origin has much more influence from classical and Spanish music to sound like Radiohead.
Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

    Allmusic criticized them for it.

My response to Allmusic: Yeah, well you use too many comma splices. :P

Seriously though Origin is way too edgy to have any relevant similarity musically to Radiohead. If they're going to criticize the use of falsetto since that in their opinion is Thom's bit only (something I don't even think he uses as much as Matt) then they should be criticizing the Opera genre and burn it rightfully into the ground if that is the case.
