Is Cover Art Allowed VIA RBN

is cover art allowed via the RBN, and how do we chart the actual songs, i have MIDI'S of all my songs on hand (god bless tabit LOL) do we use dB to chart? what is the most desired file format and dimensions

I'm pretty sure you can set your own tiers, but they won't be final (I remember the video having a reviewer screen saying "Do you agree with the set tiers?" having the originally set tiers and a way to set ones you think would fit).

Strangely, I saw something with the Abnormality Cover Art with a devil-tier vocals, 0-tier drums and guitar, and 3rd tier bass. I don't know if that was actually the same band, but if it is, that is probably the biggest shift in genre EVAR.
