I agree. But then they would have to make all of the songs that are already on rock band compatible with the key bored and you would have to add a fifth player to the PS3 or 360 so they probubly arent doing it because of all the work.

Well, my opinion is that each song should be charted for the following instruments:
Vox
Lead Guitar
Bass Guitar
Drums
Keyboard
Rhythm Guitar

You still only let 4 people play, but give them more options. Keyboard for a lot of songs would be nice - Carry on my Wayward Son comes to mind. Also, a lot of songs the Keyboard would be TONS of chords, might be a nice challenge, especially for those of us with short fat fingers who find fast chord changes difficult.

I agree that the keyboard would be a lot of work but they should be able to play with three guitars(Lead, Bass, And Rythm) or two guitars and drums

Yeah, I agree that the coolest would be backup vocals, and then rythm guitar, but the keyboard would be too much, not 30 songs have k'board in it.

I would love to have the keyboard, but not every song has a key board in it. and i also think an addition of a rythm guitar is needed. Also I think 2 people should be alowed to play the same part, so there will be no fighting over who gets lead guitar which i have had many problems with in the past. Back up vocals would probaly confuse most of those who can not sing all that well, and they will accedentaly match the notes of the lead vocals. They should add symbols on the accual drum set insted of attaching them, and having them slowly fall down intill they are on top of a drum. Have a super expert level for guitar that lets you play all the notes as they are positioned on the guitar. so have buttons across the whole kneck.

I was thinking that too. Perhaps they could create a game called "New Wave Band" or something like that where the songs were all synth pop and such songs that popped up during the 80s.
