I am having this problem too. 3 of my 4 RB2 chars are for whatever reason reading as RB1 chars. The pics I had made of them have defaulted to 'untitled'.
I tried logging those chars in in the game, but it still doesn't read them. I even tried unlinking my game account to my account here, then relinking, and that didn't work either
I had this exact same problem. All of my characters were members of my band, but only 2 were showing up. After a while, another member showed up so I only had one missing. This simple technique worked for me to get that last character added to my profile - I just renamed the character from the Tour menu and saved the character data, then renamed her back. She showed up almost instantly on the web site.
