Icky Thump and Club Foot aren't bad, but why not stick the metal Track pack in there aswell.

I wanted to post again and say how disgusted I am at the people who are complaining about why it's not their favorite song/band/genre, THEN even worse complaining about the fact that there are only 5. REALLY?? They have been releasing DLC for almost 2 years straight and for a long time it was only 3 songs a week. All you complainers sound like a bunch of spoiled brats and it makes me want HMX to never release your precious hairband/pantera/etc and cut it down to 1 song a week just so you can understand how great they have been to all of us for supporting their game for the last 2 years.
Hey, look! Another sycophant has joined the "Don't You Dare Say Nuthin' Bad 'Bout My HMX, 'Cuz They Never Make Mistakes!" cheerleading squad! Yay!

We need more of those types....there's not enough around here.

I even gave these songs a chance, checked them out on the tube. I have to say, they don't turn me on at all.

Better luck next week. At least I have some new songs from the LRB export. YEA!

If you look at the very first sentence of what you quoted, you can see that Frogman hardly things we're without flaw. I've copied it again just in case, because it's such a well constructed piece of criticism.

He's able to voice his displeasure for the songs coming out next week, but still recognize the fact that he doesn't have to buy everything or anything every week and that other people will like these songs even if he doesn't. A call for civility and perspective after offering criticism doesn't make someone a sycophant.

This seems like a week HMX could've thrown in some songs from the Metal or Country track packs...

Oh well, as long as they come eventually, that's good enough for me.

Yay White Stripes!

Where in my post did I say HMX doesn't make mistakes and you're not allowed to voice your opinion? heck, I voiced mine. The difference is I know where my opinion stands in the grand scheme of things and I'm not going to ridicule someone else for not sharing it. And I'm certainly not going to bash HMX for not agreeing with me 100% of the time.

And If a "mistake" by HMX is releasing "only" 5 tracks from award winning bands who, correct me if I'm wrong, have yet to be represented in the game then they can make as many "mistakes" as they want. They have been making these "mistakes" for almost 2 full years now and we're all still playing and loving this game. Name another developer that wouldn't want their "mistakes" to add up to that?? So keep on being imperfectionists HMX because next week might be the "mistake" just for me!

Thanks for the post Henry, and happy that you can see not everyone hates what HMX is doing

As for HMX not being "Flawed". It's the music that has the flaw here because music is so varied in genre and artists so it's impossible to make everyone happy every week. RB's greatest strength is also it's greatest weakness, and that's the music. The sooner people realize this the better.

Be happy that HMX has created a great platform to enjoy it on and they are working hard to make it better.
