I'm still on the fence about buying the game,been busy doing the "real" band thing.Good to see some familiar faces still around! So how is it?? Worth the investment?? Winter is coming and I'll have a little more time on my hands,so I figured I'd get some of your opinions before I took the plunge.

Since I am totally new to playing online - any one have some quick tips to basic online play etiquette? I hate unintentionally ticking people off because I am clueless hehe.

Absent any way to talk to your bandmates in real time, like Skype or instant messages or txt messages, I would say in Quickplay, don't choose more than one or two songs each, don't leave in the middle of a gig unless it's real life calling, and don't feel pressured to play at a level you're not comfortable with. I'd rather you succeed playing Medium than missing 50% of the notes on Expert. Play for fun, not for points.

I haven't used Skype in forever due to lack of headset (my five-year old killed it), but I do use MSN. [ishtarfa at hot mail dot com]. I will try to memo it when I get everyone added to the Wii.
And I agree about not playing a song you can't kick butt at. I get frustrated enough with myself when I try a song and fail horribly at it, I typically won't play a song unless I can get at least 85% on it (Except Yngwie, that doesn't count lol!)

I got on Friday,but I guess too early and no one was on. On Saturday I had a huge problem and couldn't connect,don't know if it was the wii or rb central. Did anyone else have this problem?

I used to have skype but since I moved and got a new desktop I don't have it. I would consider moving it for rb or at least to talk to you guys about how the online play is working. I miss it!
