I thought it was an entertaining livestream. Next time I'll have some friends over and we'll make a drinking game out of it. Everyone drinks whenever a question is answered with "licensing issues" or "rockband.com/request".

I think you need to have an RBN event, without the dev kit of course, and highlight 10 or 12 songs.

Said so in the live chat, so I might as well say so here: I quite enjoyed the live stream, what little of it I was able to see (only 45 minutes remained when I got home from work). I'd very much support plans to do it again in the future, maybe every couple, three months (seems like it would be kinda pointless to do it more frequently than that).
HMXHenry, I read on Rockbandaide.com that you guys were able to provide some insight into what happened to "Welcome to the Jungle" (and older Guns N' Roses in general)
Would it be possible to provide some insight on if there are any more "exclusive bands" on other platforms? If so, what exactly is exclusive? Certain songs, images, the whole song catalog?
An RBN specific event sounds like an awesome idea. I'll mention it at our post mort as a possibility for a future theme provided we're able to work out the technical issues the dev kit poses.
Exclusivity came up because we've recently seen a lot of bands formerly considered exclusives (Ozzy, Soundgarden, Def Leppard) popping up as DLC. So exclusivity isn't a permanent thing, which doesn't necessarily address GNR, but hopefully gives a bit more context for DLC in general.
As for specifics, we're not able to comment on what issues may be present with certain bands, as I'm sure you can imagine that labels / management / bands wouldn't be too thrilled if they were to found out that we were airing their dirty laundry in public. But it is safe to say that bands involved in more public drama, be it break ups, line up changes, notorious falling outs, label jumping, legal battles, etc. are going to pose more licensing challenges than bands that are together, happy and committed to one label.
