Right, I can imagine bands and labels would not like their dirty laundry out in the open for the world to see.
Keeping it as general as possible (not mentioning a specific band), is it possible to get access to bands that had their own game?
I would imagine that bands that had the "own game" treatment might either be under a longer exclusive contract or might just demand an extra premium ("<insert game company> gave us our own game, we need equal treatment or more money to license to you guys")

The only problem would then be deciding which songs to buy, so perhaps do a competition of favorite RBN tracks from the highest selling on 360/PS3/Wii(maybe?) using forum polls like we had in TB:RB forum.
