I saw a note on the song Imagine that reads "this song has a bass part. stop removing it!". I think it keeps getting removed because the bass part is standard tuning.
Should this list include songs with standard tunings, or strictly just show songs with alternative tunings?
I think if we show all songs, the list will get way too big and hard to sort through. What do you guys think?

Any chance anyone knows the tunings to the new Hendrix songs? (ESPECIALLY: Little Wing)
As a beginner (whose ear is still being trained it would REALLY help me to list standard tunings.
There are a few songs where I'm playing it standard and it sounds "off", and I would love to verify it's correct.
Since the columns headings in the list are sortable, it's pretty fast to sort and find your song, regardless of list length.

I believe Little Wing tuning is E♭ or "half step down" ( E♭-A♭-D♭-G♭-B♭-E♭) as are many of his songs like All Along the Watchtower and Freedom. I believe Purple Haze is in Standard though.

Sorry to necro-post, but I wanted to thank the people who put the time into this. I sold my Squier last week, but want to be able to play along with my real guitar (I still have a midi controller to get the game to show the pro chart.)
This spreadsheet is awesome, Thanks!
Well what I know from experience is that a lot the heavy songs (including songs in the Nu-Metal genre) are usually in a Drop D tuning. You'll know when have chords shaped with just your index instead of forming power shaped chords. An example would be Three Days Grace's Pain and Evanescence's Everybody's Fool. Also when it comes to playing the live tracks from Nirvana they are all tune a half step down (so Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb). Hope this helps![]()
Added in tuning for The Black Crowes "She Talks to Angels" on the master spreadsheet.

It's an Open E tuning.
E-B-E-G#-B-E
(In reality it's Open D, capoed at 2, but to play it in RB3 without the capo, you can just tune it to Open E)
Long overdue:
Thanks redhed, danes22 & Shadowdriverv2 for the Hendrix tunings!![]()
