Not that I give any fraction of a ****, considering I passionately hate the band, but how did Chinese Democracy happen if that's the case?

Slash had no part in Chinese Democracy. Axl only says no to Appetite because Slash gets royalties from it.

Dealing with the labels, etc. Screw that.

Let's figure out how much it would cost to buy EMI, Sony, and Apple Corps outright. Then we'll get this done.

Like Ted DiBiase says, everybody has a price.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

This game is dead. Accept it.

Even I, as about as hardcore of a Beatles fan as you could possibly be, have contemplated getting rid of it and moving on.

And the main reason I say that is that eventually, a new Xbox is going to come out, and Xbox 360 games aren't going to work on it. So I'd have to keep my Xbox 360 for ONE game, and that's really not something I'm willing to do. I have no doubts that there will be a Rock Band 4 (or whatever) on the new systems that allow you to play older songs but with Beatles....this is all we've got. And as much as I love Beatles Rock Band because of beautiful it is artistically, I'm not keeping a system for 1 game.

And exporting Beatles to the main Rock Band platform wouldn't change my mind about anything, btw. I doubt I'd even play the songs if they were in the main Rock Band game with those ridiculous looking avatars.

It's a great game, too bad it ended up having a short shelf life. Because once the new systems are announced, this game is officially dead. They're not going to release DLC for a previous gen game/system. Just not going to happen.

People keep saying that. I have tremendous doubts that there will ever be a Rock Band 4. I don't doubt that HMX will move on to developing new titles for the upcoming new consoles, but I don't see plastic-guitar games being among their (or Activision's, for that matter) offerings. Hard to imagine it'd be profitable, and with DLC having significantly less overhead, it's worth continuing down that route. I highly doubt the PS3 and the Xbox will be straight-up obsolete the moment the PS4/Orbis and the Nextbox come out (the PS2 isn't even completely obsolete, freaking now), so unless first party shuts the door on such a practice, I could absolutely see DLC continuing even while newer consoles exist.
